The ideal situation for using a weight distribution hitch is that the towing system's total tongue weight (TW) falls in the middle of the hitch's operating range. Total TW consists of the fully loaded trailer's actual measured TW (measure with scale # e99044) plus the weight of cargo in the tow vehicle that sits behind the rear axle. Thanks for the measurements and additional information! To determine which MORryde Equalizer you need you'll want to measure the distance at the bottom of your current equalizers from the center to the center of the bolt holes.
The MORryde item # MR87ZR measures 6-1/2" and is for 33" wheelbases.
The MORryde item # MR27ZR measures 8" and is for 35" wheelbases.

I looked up the owners manual for your truck and your maximum trailer weight capacity is 9,200 lbs and your GCWR is 15,000 lbs.
